24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7), via the Logical Apps Customer Center web site. Please
submit support requests using the support case tracking system in the Logical Apps Customer Center.
The Product Support Team is also available from 7:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays to customers with active support contracts at the following phone
